如果由于内部条件、外部环境变化导致目标实现难度增大,应及时进行目标资源匹配分析,对有关责任
团队及时增加人、财、物等资源的支持;若由于内部条件、外部环境变化导致已定绩效目标过高或过低,那么就要根据实际情况,实事求是地对原目标进行调整,制定新的目标。

在绩效考核周期开始阶段,主管和下属要对绩效计划的有关方面做详细沟通,主管应该正式对下属下达绩效计划,以使下属非常清楚本考核期的工作重点及工作目标,会向着完成目标的方向努力,由此也会促进绩效目标的完成。
许多企业在绩效管理实践中,往往忽视绩效反馈面谈这个环节,管理者凭印象给员工打分,打分结果也没有和员工进行沟通,认为填写完绩效考核表格、算出考核分数、发出绩效工资,绩效管理就结束了。事实上,这样是不能完全达到提升绩效的目的。
绩效考核结果应该和绩效工资、奖金的计算发放联系起来,同时绩效考核结果还可以用于岗位晋升、工资晋级、
培训教育及个人发展计划制订等。
