每年都会回祖籍过年，往常年亲戚朋友们多问我日子过的可好，这次回家却问我2014中国的经济走势如何？习主席管理下的第五代领导人带来的社会影响力浓缩在了我们这样一个个小家族。大家都在关注趋势，把握好趋势，便于发展。不敢妄谈培训业的发展趋势，简单谈一下培训师培训的发展趋势。

2013年我讲了200多天的课，包括了培训师授课技巧和课程开发设计两大类，同时也做了一些项目，企业大学越来越多，想建立企业大学的公司也越来越多。企业需要的培训越来越有针对性和实用性，人力资源管理者也更多的想做一些务实的、有绩效的项目，培训师队伍建设的项目愈发火热。

培训体系建设有三大部分：培训管理体系建立、培训运作、培训软硬件建设。软件是最难的，软件就是师资队伍的建设，2014将是大型企业培训师队伍建设年，在这一年我们都要好好研究一下。

压力很大

一方面来源于对课程的精益求精，如何让课程更有效果。
